Triumph Real Estate Corporation was founded in 1998 in Denver as a full-service provider of commercial real estate services nationwide.

The Name

The name ‘TRIUMPH’ was inspired by two great men of history:  Saint Paul and Theodore Roosevelt.  Saint Paul said: “But thanks be to God, for he always leads us to TRIUMPH in Christ” (2 Cor. 2:14), which represents our enduring spirit of Hope.  Theodore Roosevelt said: “Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious TRIUMPHS, even though checkered by failure than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat,” which represents our strong entrepreneurial spirit and our persistence no matter what the obstacles.  These values, along with integrity, service and accountability are foundational and inspirational to the entire Triumph team and to our clients.
