Triumph Real Estate Corporation was founded in 1998 in Denver as a full service provider of commercial real estate services. The firm has two distinct divisions in order to equally serve users, investors, and owners of office, industrial, retail, mixed use, and multi-family real estate assets. These divisions provide the broad core services of development and construction management, investment advisory and financing, corporate services, asset management, and property management and building operations.

Paul J. Ruff, President of Triumph Real Estate and fellow principal Stephen Epling bring over 37 years of combined real estate experience to every project collaboration. This experience, in commercial real estate investments, development, construction, financing, leasing, accounting and management is focused and applied to maximize the full potential of real estate for our clients and partners. INVESTMENT, DEVELOPMENT, AND OPERATIONS DIVISION acquires, develops, and repositions properties where there is an identifiable opportunity to grow the value of an asset over time in order to create strong returns on investment. Our niche is acquiring and building assets in locations and markets that offer unique potential for growth, and offer a competitive advantage consistent with the highest and best use. CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION offers individual, corporate and institutional owners and users of real estate a comprehensive menu of tenant representation services. Corporate Services measures its own success by the results it produces for clients. To this end, all its activities support the team's common goals: consistently placing the needs of its clients above all other concerns and meeting clients' needs with superior levels of expertise and service. Services provided include site selection, lease negotiation, renewals, portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, construction management, build-to-suit planning and development, due diligence, corporate relocation planning, and FFE specification, procurement and installation.
