We seek value investments with a Benjamin Graham/Warren Buffet approach in mid-size commercial real estate. We strive to preserve and grow invested capital, while providing non-securities market correlated protection from inflation. Triumph investments are structured to provide cash flow for distributions in the near term, plus growth during the investment term, by acquiring assets with enduring value and utility at an attractive cost basis. Through economically sound project business plans, Triumph seeks to add significant value in a relatively short period of time, thereby unlocking the competitive advantage within each asset.
Triumph invests with both private and institutional capital partners in these projects as size and property profile dictates, and we manage the assets internally to ensure the highest level of attention and care.
