To ensure the long-term success of our projects, we select only the top locations, architecture and construction materials, always seeking to provide the highest quality product at the most reasonable prices available. For each project we engage in, there is an identifiable “competitive advantage in the marketplace.”
Product types include office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties in both Colorado and Virginia. Triumph invests with both private and institutional equity partners in these projects as size and property profile dictates, and the principals of Triumph make substantial personal investments in each project to align our interests with those of our partners.
