Judy Sutton is the Controller and Director of Operations for Triumph Real Estate Corporation and is responsible for the financial aspects of the business operations and well as financial and operational oversight of the properties in Triumph’s property management umbrella. Judy also oversees Human Resources and Risk Management. She has been associated with Triumph since 2006.
Judy has an extensive background in Finance and Accounting which includes leadership roles in large multi-billion dollar companies. She was the Vice President and Controller for Multifoods Distribution Group where she had full scope financial responsibility for this $2 billion dollar foodservice distributor. Judy and her team worked closely with the 14 distribution centers around the country to enhance profitability of the warehouses by providing financial reporting, customer profitability models and collaborating on budgets and forecasts.
Working in Commercial Real Estate since 2006
Prior to Multifoods, Judy worked for The Gap, Inc. during a time when the company emerged as an industry leader and was achieving over 20% growth annually. She held a number of finance and accounting positions including SEC Reporting, Budgeting/Forecasting and Strategic Planning.
Judy began her professional career with Price Waterhouse in the Denver office as a Staff member in the Audit Department for 3 years.
Judy brings to Triumph a well-rounded, multi-faceted background consisting of finance, fiduciary responsibility as well as a strong knowledge of business operations. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (current status – Inactive)
