Mr. Ruff created Triumph Real Estate Corporation in 1998 for the purpose of pursuing innovative new approaches to commercial property investment, development, operations and corporate services.
Mr. Ruff is responsible for leading the firm’s investment and development business, finding opportunities and visualizing operational plans capable of creating maximum value in real estate assets. He is also responsible for sourcing, building and maintaining relationships with Triumph’s capital partners, and overseeing all aspects of property operations and project management. To ensure proper alignment with the interests of his partners, Mr. Ruff makes a significant personal investment in every project.
Since its founding, Triumph Real Estate Corporation has engineered the acquisition, development/re-development, operation and re-financing or disposition of fifteen diverse commercial real estate assets valued at nearly $100 million. Typical projects range from $2-$20 MM at acquisition, and include office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed-use property types. Recently, the company has been acquiring additional types of commercial real estate related assets, including both performing and non-performing loans. While Triumph’s primary geographical footprint has covered the front range, the company has acquired projects outside of Colorado in the past and expects to increase its geographical reach in the coming years.
