Mr. Thomas joined Triumph Real Estate Corporation in July 2006 as the firm’s Acquisitions and Asset Manager.
Mr. Thomas is primarily responsible for identifying and underwriting acquisition and development projects, and along with the company’s principals, and overseeing the financial and operational performance of Triumph’s real estate holdings.
Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Thomas was employed as a commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sale of office, industrial and retail properties. Through his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado and CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Thomas was involved in consummating over one million square feet of transactions and property sales in excess of $350 million. While Mr. Thomas’ brokerage activity was centered along Colorado’s Front Range, he also managed transactions across the United States for various regional and national clients.
Mr. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Regis University in 1997, graduating magna cum laude. He is involved with several trade and business organizations, including the Colorado Technology Center Owner’s Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the National Association of Realtors, the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Denver Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Thomas has also been active in Brokers Benefiting Kids since 2002, is an active member of his church and with his children’s school activities in Broomfield, Colorado where he lives with his wife Patti their two children, Amanda and Natalie, and their Golden Retriever Ginger and Brittany Spaniel Dot.
